Privacy
We value your privacy just as much as we value ours. Any and all information given to us is kept strictly private, and is only used to process orders and contact customers regarding their orders.
Returns
Before installation, please verify the ordered items are correct and that all applicable parts and hardware are present. If you are not happy with a product or have a problem with it, please contact us immediately. Refunds or exchanges are available, however we will not refund the shipping charges or reimburse you for shipping the product back to us or the original manufacturer, nor will those charges be applied towards an exchange. On products that offer free shipping, the actual shipping charges (which we pay for) will be deducted from the refund/exchange price. All products will also be subject to a restocking fee, generally ranging from 10-20%, depending on the original manufacturer or supplier. Non-warranty-claim returns must be in resalable condition and include all original packaging. Products that have already been installed are considered "used" and are not returnable or exchangeable other than for warranty-related claims.
Warranties
All products carry the original manufacturer's warranty; JeepinOutfitters does not offer any additional product warranty. If you receive damaged or defective products initially, or experience a product failure within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. JeepinOutfitters will be your contact for all warranty or return issues, even though actual warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer. Please note: in most instances the defective parts will need to be returned to the manufacturer before replacement parts will be shipped out. If the replacement parts are needed immediately you will need purchase them up front, then we will refund the total purchase price including shipping after the defective parts have been received by the manufacturer.
Shipping
Most products are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer. Some items, such as decals and Raingler nets, are shipped directly from us. Since products may be coming from different suppliers, you may not get your entire order on the same day or in the same box. Most products will ship via US Priority Mail, UPS ground, or FedEx, depending on the item and manufacturer.
We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner, however we cannot control the shipping schedules or inventories of our suppliers. If there is going to be a delay in your order, we will notify you as soon as we find out. We will not give discounts or refunds due to backorders or delays from our suppliers.
Most orders will ship within a few days, but some suppliers, such as Daystar, T&T Customs, and Custom4x4Fabrication, will have lead times of 2-4 weeks before an order will ship out.
Shipping prices and free shipping offers are only valid for addresses in the Lower 48 States. International shipping is available on a very limited basis depending on the products being ordered, please contact us for more info on international orders and shipping.
Some suppliers will send us tracking numbers once an order has shipped out to the customer, at which time we'll forward that information on to the customer. If you would like to get a tracking number for your order, please let us know and we'll get it for you as soon as we can -- do not contact the manufacturer as they will probably not give it to you.
Expedited shipping is available at additional costs, please contact us if you need a product quickly, do not order it online.
Ordering
Our online ordering is handled through PayPal or by credit card. If you feel more comfortable ordering by phone, feel free to call us at 972-221-5286 to place your order. For your own privacy and security, please do not email us credit card information. Online ordering is only available for addresses in the Lower 48 States.
