Many will agree that the Dana 30 is one of the weakest links of the modern day Jeep (Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler TJ, and Wrangler YJ) . Advances in technology combined with industry competition makes the Dana 30 a very easy differential to beef up. Even with a super 30 kit the Dana 30 receives criticisms as a result of having a weak housing.

Common Dana 30 Housing Complaints:

• Bent housing/tubes
• Difficult to replace upper control arm bushings
• Rotated/Spun tubes
• Difficult to attach custom control arms to
• Too expensive to beef up

T&T's weld-on truss addresses all of these issues and remains reasonably priced so that everyone can take advantage of it's benefits without breaking the bank. Designed to help distribute the load put on the front differential at any one time, our 3/16" formed plate steel truss is ideal for all projects - custom and factory upgrade.

Don't want to run standard control arms? You can also just order the base truss. We've left 9.5" along the top of the truss blank - a clean slate for those DIY guys. It's truely perfect for mounting tabs for your third link, getting creative with those limit straps, and just about anything else you can think of.  Can take up to 2-3 weeks to build and ship.
