With numerous instances of bent axles, cracked housings and trackbar mounts that have been comepletely torn off; many will agree that the factory Dana 44 is one of the weakest links of the Jeep® Wrangler JK. Unlike sleeves, our weld-on axle truss addresses all these issues, while remaining reasonably priced so that everyone can take advantage of its benefits. Designed to help distribute the load put on the front housing at any one time, our 3/16" formed steel truss runs the full length of the axle and is ideal for all projects. We let you choose the mounts you need so that you can order a truss that best corresponds with your application and needs.

** 2012 & Newer Models require 2" additional bumpstopping for proper truss to oil pan clearance**

** Although not required T&T Customs recommends using an adjustable trac-bar**

NOTE: Requires removal of factory upper control arm mounts and coil buckets. Welding is required for installation. We strongly recommend using a certified welder for any welding tasks. Not recommended for use with factory control arms. Recommend at least a 2" lift.

Due to the various options available Truss kits are built to order so please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping.

All additional mounts added to the truss will come pre-welded, Lower Control Arm mounts will not come welded to the truss.
