Product Description

Jeep TJ Corner Guards No Flare stock opening, stock light mounts 97-06 Wrangler TJ TNT Customs. Jeep TJ Wrangler Full Length Corner Armor. Protect the side of your Jeep Wrangler TJ with TNT 3/16 inch steel Full Length Corner Armor with no flare. TNT corners bolt on to your Jeep Wrangler TJ through 11 pre-punched mounting holes, using with 3/8 inch stainless steel button head fasteners - giving a clean functional look. Mounting holes are pre-cut for either OEM tail lights, Lite Dots (utilize factory mounting holes) or round LED's. TNT Full Length corners do not use tail gate hinge cut outs as our competitors do, the hinges bolt on top of the corner - giving a clean professional install (spacers are provided for under the door side of the hinge).

    Our corner guards are pre-punched for 3/8 inch SS button head fasteners - 11 bolts per side

Optional Wheel Openings:

Standard Opening - Clears up to a 35 inch tire, can clear larger tire with additional trimming.

Extended Opening - Gives you a 2.5 inch larger opening and requires moving the axle back at least 1 inch to center tire in opening. Clears a 38 inch tire, can clear larger tire with additional trimming.

Oversized Opening - Largest non-HyLine wheel opening available! Allows for 2-2.5 inch stretch. Clears up to a 40 inch tire. Requires fuel filler tube modifications and YJ style fuel bezel.

37 Stretch Opening - Same size opening as our Extended, but places the tire further back for a 3 inch stretch. Combine this with our front steering stretch kit for a near perfect 99-100 inch wheel base! Requires fuel filler tube modifications and YJ style fuel bezel.

Notes:
Our Full Length Corners are sold un-painted and require drilling to mount.
Tubular Flares are welded on the inside for a clean outward appearance.
Corners are assembled to order and may take up to 5-7 business days before shipping.
